The following terms used in these Terms are defined as:

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on jaya90 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Approved deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Only payment methods registered in the user's own name are permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawal requests will only be accepted from verified accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

jaya90's VIP program has five levels: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Regular and active participation is required to advance to higher levels.

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games are operated by technology (RNG) that ensures fair and random outcomes. Each game has its own rules, which should be read before starting the game.

• If a technical error causes an undetermined outcome, that bet may be considered void.
• Once a bet amount is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
